Tony has over 25 years’ experience as a banker, company director, and policy researcher in sustainability and banking. Born and raised in Dorset, he lives with his family in Devon and when he is not in or on the sea he loves walking the South West Coast Path.
Jane is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in financial services, over 10 years at Board level. She was formerly the CEO of Cornish-based Peer2Peer lender Folk2Folk. Jane lives in Devon where you can find her rowing on the river Tamar or hashing across Dartmoor.
Mark is Senior Partner at The Foresight Group, a global management consultancy, and has over 30 years corporate experience in communications and responsible leadership. Born in Cornwall, he lives with his family in Devon where he has been known to tread the boards at Panto time.
Paul is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, CEO of Blue Cedar Print Works and a former manager at Lloyds Bank. As Chair of Glastonbury Chamber of Commerce, he orchestrated a new venue for the Tor Fair, one of the oldest in the country. He lives in Somerset and is an active participant in local community organisations.
Roger has over 40 years of banking and insurance experience with the Trustee Savings Bank, as Chief Executive of Exeter Friendly Society and in a number of non-executive positions. He became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers at the age of 32. Born and raised in Devonport, Roger lives with his wife in west Devon and spends much of his spare time walking on Dartmoor.

John has over 40 years’ experience in all aspects of retail banking including senior roles in branch and operational management. He has also worked in regulatory compliance in the banking and pensions sectors. John lives in Devon, is a keen sailor and spends much of his spare time sailing in and around Falmouth Bay
