Advisor to the board

David chairs the board of the Channel Islands Financial Ombudsman. Originally a lawyer in private practice, he became Banking Ombudsman, then Principal Ombudsman with the Financial Ombudsman Service. He served on legal and accountancy regulators, and advised on financial consumer protection in more than 20 countries.  

He lives on Dartmoor in Devon.
