Adrian has worked in financial services roles for the last 30 years. Passionate about leadership, diversity & inclusion and people development. Alongside working for South West Mutual, he is an academic mentor for Exeter University.

Born and raised in Devon he is proud of his South West roots. Adrian is a keen runner and when he isn’t running or walking, he enjoys time with his two daughters and travel.
